About Me...


Real Estate to me has always been on top of my list for investing. My Mother always used to tell me “They don’t make land anymore” Well she is right, Good on ya Mum.

The stock market and other investments can be here today and gone tomorrow. I have had a strong interest in buying and selling Real Estate for profit and capital gains from a young age. It has proven to be not only profitable but a rewarding accomplishment. When I left my home town in New Zealand and moved to Australia to get some know how in the building industry for remodeling homes I learned different techniques and ways homes are constructed. After a short stay I relocated to Orange county CA to further my interests in the building industry and gain knowledge on Real Estate investing. Working with a well known high end construction company in Newport Beach I was involved with many custom multi million dollar homes up and down the coast from Long Beach to Del Mar San Diego. If you are thinking of buying a home my experience working with Designers, Architects, Engineers, Developers, experienced Real Estate investors and City regulations gives me an advantage when spotting potential unrealized value. If you are thinking of selling a home I can give you ideas on what can be done to maximize your profits. I also have knowledge of many of the financing options available today and the ability to help you decide on what kind of financing will best fit your needs based on what your intentions and goals are.  My promise to you as your Realtor is to inform you of any negative risks that I come across, be honest, careful, respectful in dealing with one of the most important decisions you will make in your life.
